Is my four-digit passcode for the USE Credit Union Alexa® skill the same as my PIN for my debit card?

No. We don’t provide your Alexa skill passcode—you choose that passcode yourself. For security purposes, we recommend making your USECU skill passcode different from any other PIN you use, because Alexa will be saying your information out loud.

If you want to change the passcode for a linked account, you’ll need to disable the skill and then re-enable it. You’ll set up a new passcode as you go through the setup process again.
