SAN DIEGO, Calif. (Aug. 31, 2021) – USE Credit Union (USECU) celebrated the opening of its new Mission Valley Branch location on Monday, Aug. 23, 2021. The branch, located in the Westfield Mission Valley retail complex, celebrated the grand opening with a series of raffle prizes and special bonuses for members who opened a new auto loan.
“Our new location in Mission Valley is another way for us to connect with the community,” said Jim Harris, Chief Executive Officer at USECU. “We’re committed to serving our members with a variety of financial products and services that provide convenience and opportunity in their lives. This includes expanding our offerings to serve even more areas of the San Diego community.”
To celebrate the grand opening of the Mission Valley branch, USECU provided exclusive offers to visitors and new members, including:
- Scratcher card for each visitor with a chance to with $100,000;
- Raffles for prizes, including gift cards ranging from $25 to $100 and San Diego Loyal Soccer Club tickets; and
- Special $200 bonus for members opening a new auto loan
Members banking at the Mission Valley branch have access to after-hours Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). ITMs are safe, convenient and easy-to-use for a variety of automated transactions, as well as connecting with a teller face-to-face to cash checks and complete loan payments. The Mission Valley branch also offers a Kids’ Zone, which provides parents or guardians with a safe and sanitized space for kids while visiting an ITM or meeting with ‘Dream Makers.’
The Mission Valley branch hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. ITM hours with a live agent available are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
