Term: 10-year draw period in which you may advance the line, followed by a 15-year repayment period. Your payment my increase as a result of re-amortization at the onset of the repayment period.
1. Rates shown apply to owner-occupied property in California and are accurate as of 10/31/08. This is a variable rate product. Your rate may be as low as The Wall Street Journal published Prime Rate (4.00% as of 5/01/08) minus .50% (the margin). Rate is based upon credit criteria. Your rate may be higher. Although your fully-indexed rate is subject to change monthly, the Prime Rate may change at any time. Rates and margin require a combined loan-to-value of 80% and other relationship criteria, including an active USE checking account with automatic loan payment. Also requires a minimum initial advance of $20,000 on the loan or advance 100% on HELOCs $20,000 and under or deposits that total $10,000 or more. The maximum APR is 15.00%. USE will acquire a security interest in the property.
2. For loan amounts in excess of $250,000, the borrower is responsible for all actual costs incurred, based on the loan amount established. If the loan is closed within three years of origination, an Early Account Closure Fee of $500 may be assessed. A Reconveyance Fee is charged when your line is closed and your balance is paid in full.
3. The $50 Annual Fee is waived the first year and assessed on your anniversary date any year thereafter your balance falls below $10,000.

5. Minimum monthly payment is $15 or your entire balance, whichever is less.
