1. For loan amounts in excess of $250,000, the borrower is responsible for all actual costs incurred, based on the loan amount established. Offer available for new home equity lines of credit on both owner- and non-owner-occupied, 1-4 units properties. If the loan is closed within three years of origination, an Early Account Closure Fee may be assessed. A Reconveyance Fee is charged when your line is closed and your balance is paid in full.
2. The $50 Annual Fee is waived the first year and assessed on your anniversary date any year thereafter your balance falls below $10,000.
