Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance is designed to pay the member in the event of dismemberment and to pay the designated beneficiary in the event of death.  This insurance coverage is provided by Benefits Consultants.

• Members can apply for $2,000 free coverage (no fee for $2,000 coverage)
• Additional coverage may be purchased at very reasonable rates
• Premiums for additional coverage are debited from the member's savings account quarterly
