The cost of healthcare seems to be rising exponentially. And unfortunately, many people are underinsured – or worse, not insured at all. To help our members defer the costs of some of their expenses, we offer the Wellness Extras program.

• Vision Care - Coast To Coast Vision Plan: Members, spouses, and immediate family members can save 20%–60% when they purchase eyewear at over 10,000 nationwide providers, plus enjoy savings on eye exams and RK and LASIK surgery.
  
• Prescription Drug Program - Rx Advantage™: Members present their Wellness Extras card at any participating pharmacies to enjoy preferred member pricing on brand-name and generic prescription medications.
  
• Hearing Plan - Beltone™: Members present their Wellness card at 2,600 nationwide Beltone providers to receive a free hearing test and 15% savings, or order by mail for deeper discounts.
  
• Dental Care - Preferred Dental: Wellness Extras members save 10%–40% on dental care at thousands of participating providers nationwide. Savings are calculated at time of service with no forms to complete.
  
• Medical Advice -  MedAdvice^®:  One toll-free call gives members 24-hour access to over 350 pre-recorded health messages, plus registered nurses who can answer questions about almost any health-care concern.
  
• MedTag: Wellness Extras members can be prepared for any emergency with this key-ring sized emergency health tag that contains important medical information.
  
• Discount Pharmacy: Program members can save on prescription drugs, vitamins, over-the-counter needs, medical supplies, and more with the convenience of mail-order service. They have a guaranteed low price on prescription meds.

Participating members will be debited $9.95 monthly for their Wellness Extras membership dues.

Members can cancel the program at any time by calling toll free 1-800-421-9111, at which time they will receive a refund of that month’s membership fee ($9.95).

Important Disclosure Information about Wellness Extras

The Wellness Extras medical benefit discounts are not insurance. Wellness Extras does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services. The member is obligated to pay for all health care services, but they will receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted with the discount plan organization. The discount plan organization is Progeny Marketing Innovations/Affinion Benefits Group.
