Jose Garcia Memorial Fund

It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to Jose Garcia, who passed away early Sunday morning, March 1. Jose joined the USE team in 2005 as AVP, Branch Manager of the Chula Vista branch. He was promoted to AVP, Area Manager in 2007, supervising both the Chula Vista and La Mesa branches. Jose's personality was larger than life. He was deeply admired and respected by members, community partners, and all of us at USE Credit Union, who had the honor and privilege to work with and for him. Jose's passion, energy, humor, enthusiasm, and vision were infectious. Let Jose's spirit remain a beacon to guide us as we celebrate his life and pay reverence to the impact he has had on all of us. Jose will be deeply missed.

Memorial Fund
Jose, who just celebrated his 41st birthday, leaves behind a wife and two children. To help Jose's family in their time of need, we have established the Jose Garcia Memorial Fund. Donations in any amount are appreciated.

Ways to make a donation:

• Mail your donation in the form of a check (please never send cash via the mail) to USE Credit Union, Attn: Jose Garcia Memorial Fund, 10120 Pacific Heights Blvd, San Diego, CA 92121.  Please make your check payable to Ana Garcia, and write "Jose Garcia Memorial Fund" in the Memo Line.
• Visit you local USE Credit Union branch to make either a cash or check donation.
