When will I receive my card?
Credit Cards will be received within seven to ten business days once your loan application is approved.

What if my credit card gets lost or stolen?
Lost/stolen cards should be reported immediately. During business hours, contact our Call Center at (866) USE-4-YOU (873-4968). After business hours please call our lost/stolen emergency hotline at (800) 528-2273, or outside the U.S. call collect (812) 647-9794.

Can I link my credit card to my USE Credit Union checking or savings account?
Credit cards can be used as overdraft protection to a checking account.

Where do I send my credit card payment?

A return envelope is enclosed with each credit card statement.

Can I make a credit card payment at a branch?
Yes. The branch can make a transfer from your USE savings or checking account to your credit card bill. You can also make a payment at any USE branch or Shared CU Branch.

How do I get a copy of my credit card statement?
You can print a copy of your statement from Online Banking. You can also request a copy from your local branch or by contacting USE Member Services at (866) USE-4-YOU (873-4968).

What are the costs associated with my credit card?
