How can I determine my USE account number?
Your account number is the one to three digit number assigned under the umbrella of your membership number. Your account number can be found on your statement near the title of each account or loan.

How can I determine my USE member number?
Your member number can be found on your membership card or at the top of your statements.

How can I determine my routing and transit number?

When are funds available after deposit?
USE's General Policy is to allow members to withdraw funds deposited to their account on the 2nd business day after the day the deposit was received. In some situations, your ability to withdraw funds may be delayed beyond the second business day. Specific fund availability information can be obtained from a branch representative. SurePay/Direct Deposit funds are available on the day of deposit.

How can I set up direct deposit?
To set up Direct Deposit, simply provide your payroll office with the following information:

  • Indicate Savings or Checking account number (DO NOT include your 1-3 digit account number)

How do I change my address?
If you have moved and need to change your address, USE makes it easy. All you have to do is login to Online Banking and use the secure, encrypted Address Change Request form. This is not only the easiest way to change your address, it's also completely safe from potential identity thieves. You may also change your address by visiting your local branch.

How do I change my legal name? How do I change my legal title?
You will need to provide proof of your legal name change and complete a new signature card at any USE branch.

How do I send a wire? How do I make a wire transfer? How do I send an international wire?
You will need to obtain the wire instructions from the receiving institution and visit your local branch to make the transaction. If the transfer is going to an account in your name, you can contact Member Services at (866) USE-4-YOU (873-4968) for assistance.

How do I close my USE account?
To close your account(s), please stop by your local branch, or contact Member Services at (866) USE-4-YOU (873-4968).

How can I reorder checks?
Re-order or order your checks online directly through Liberty. You can also order checks through Member Services at (866) USE-4-YOU (873-4968).
