24-Hour LiveWire Telephone Banking

LiveWire Telephone Banking gives you telephone access to your USE accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are no fees to pay or applications to complete for this convenient service. All you need is a touch-tone telephone to:
  • Verify current checking, savings, and loan balances
  • Confirm deposits and payments to your accounts
  • Identify items that have cleared your checking account
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Make loan payments
  • Place stop payments

How to access 24-Hour Telephone Banking:

  1. Call (866) USE-24-4-U (873-2448).
  2. Select the LiveWire option.
  3. Simply follow the verbal instructions.

Important note: The first time you use this service, the last four digits of your Social Security Number will serve as your PIN (Personal Identification Number). Once this number is entered, you will then be required to create a new PIN. This new number can be whatever you choose and will remain your PIN every time you use this service.
