One Easy Call Puts You In Touch With Your Money.

Accessing your membership by phone is a fast convenient way to manage your accounts.Many inquiries and transactions can be handled using our 24-hour automated service at 866.USE.24.4.U (866.873.2448). You can also call our Member Service Center for personalized service six days a week. Here’s how to reach us by phone:

24-Hour Telephone Banking
Access your accounts via any touch-tone phone seven days a week, 24 hours a day. You will be given your personal PIN information when you open your account. If you don’t have a PIN, call our Member Service Center at 866.873.2448.

Here are some of the banking services available this way:

  • Verify current checking, savings, and loan balances
  • Confirm deposits and payments to your accounts
  • Identify items that have cleared your checking account
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Make loan payments
  • Place stop payments
