What's New in Mobile App Version 5.3.7

You spoke, we listened! We’re excited to announce our updated Mobile App is now available for download! Update our App in your device’s App Store. We highly suggest turning on automatic downloads on your device so your USECU App always stays up to date.

Smart Watch App

Get the ultimate convenience of keeping tabs on your money with the Smart Watch App:

  • See account balances and transactions at a glance on your watch - with no need to login.
  • Locate nearby branches and ATMs (Apple Watch® Only)
  • Choose your personal account view settings.
  • Available for both Apple Watch® and Android WearTM

Android WearTM Set-Up

  1. Download the latest version of the USECU Mobile Banking App
  2. Log into the Mobile Banking App on your phone
  3. After logging in for the first time, enable Quick Balance under Settings: Setting > Quick Balance > Android Wear

That's it! Now you can use your Mobile Banking App from your watch to check your balance and more.

Touch/Fingerprint ID

We've integrated Touch ID® and Fingerprint ID into our mobile banking app for both iPhone® and AndroidTM devices to help make your login even faster, easier and more secure.

  • No need to type your long password - your fingerprint is all you need.
  • No need to worry about stolen passwords.

After you update the app on a Touch ID-enabled device, you will be prompted to set up Touch ID®. If not accepted, you will be prompted one more time after 30 days. After the 30-day period, if you want to enable Touch ID®, it can be enabled from the Settings menu located in the More area.

Push Notifications

You can now set up and receive banking alerts via push notification such as balance updates, low balances, large withdrawals and large deposits with your user-defined balance thresholds.

If you have already subscribed to banking alerts in online banking (to receive alerts via email or SMS messages), when you enable the push notification feature in the mobile app, you will automatically be subscribed to receive these same alerts via push notifications. You can turn off push notifications for an alert at any time in the mobile app. When enabling the push notification feature, iOS app will prompt you to give permission for sending push notifications.

Quick Balance

Peek at your balance and the last 5 transactions without having to login! Quick balance can be accessed by swiping down on the app's login screen.

Balance Widgets

With balance widgets you can now view your balance faster than ever! If you have an iPhone®, simply slide right and view your balance widget in the Today Center without unlocking your device. AndroidTM users can view account balances by placing the Balance Widget on your home screen.

Android Balance Widget Instructions

You must have Quick Balance enabled in order to view the Balance Widget.

  1. Press firmly on your Android screen
  2. Under widgets, scroll down to USECU
  3. Click and hold down on the widget and release where you’d like to place the widget.

If you have multiple accounts, the Balance Widget will display the accounts as a stack of cards. You can view each account by swiping through the stacked cards.

Schedule Recurring Transfers

You can now schedule recurring transfers within our mobile app without having to visit online banking!

To schedule a new recurring or future one-time transfer, tap the “Schedule a transfer” button on the "Schedule" screen under "Transfers" in the iOS app. AndroidTM users can use the floating button with a plus sign at the bottom right corner of the transfer screen. You can use the Frequency field to set up the date and recurrence of the transfer. Tapping on the Frequency field will reveal the list of recurrence options. Depending on which frequency is selected, the app will let you to select the date(s) of the week or month, when the transfer will start, and how it should end.

To set up a one-time future dated transfer, you can select “Once” as the frequency and select the transfer date, which must be on or after the next day.

Quick Actions

Save yourself some clicks by using the new shortcuts available to iPhone® users with 3D Touch®. Press down (or apply firm pressure) on our app icon to reveal the account shortcuts.

Peek and Pop

With 3D Touch® on an iPhone®, you can peek at your latest account transaction details by pressing down on the account you’d like to see in the app.
