PIN-by-Phone

USE members have the option of selecting their ATM card, MasterCard^® credit card, or MasterCard debit card PIN by phone. It's simple and easy:

Step 1: Call the PIN-by-Phone hotline toll free at 1-877-267-6941  [International cardholders call (513) 534-2075]

Step 2: An audio response unit will prompt you to enter your full 16-digit card number and other identifying information.

Step 3: Enter your selected PIN. The information will be repeated for verification purposes. Please complete all the prompts to ensure that your request will be submitted properly.

Step 4: Your new PIN will work immediately.
