New Surveys Give You A Voice

There’s a new survey coming soon to an inbox near you. It’s an open invitation to tell us what we’re doing well or how we can improve. As we continue to grow and expand the services we offer, we think it’s important for you to have a voice in how we proceed. So we’ve developed an ongoing survey program that ensures we’re listening to what’s important to you. By answering a few simple questions every 90 days or so, you can have a  voice in how we can improve upon your credit union experience.

What to Expect
Most members will receive surveys a few times a year. We’re especially interested in  learning about how satisfied you are with transactions you recently completed in branch, online, via our Contact Center, and of course, using our mobile applications. By completing the short surveys we send you, you’ll have a chance to provide valuable feedback and even request that we contact you to discuss your comments in more detail.

Our new survey program is built on a premise as old as credit unions themselves: The concept of Better Together. By completing the surveys you receive, you’ll be contributing valuable feedback that will drive improvements today while shaping the future of USECU for years to come.
