Surveys That Give You A Voice

Our survey is an open invitation to tell us what you love and what we can improve. Our goal is to provide an extra-ordinary banking experience that’s consistent across the board. An experience you want to share with your friends, family and colleagues. As we continue to grow and expand the services we offer, we think it’s important for you to have a voice to learn what matters most to you. So we’ve developed an ongoing survey program that ensures we’re listening to what’s important. By answering a few simple questions every 90 days or so, your answers will help us make USE Credit Union a place where you love to bank.

What to Expect
Most members receive surveys a few times a year. We’re especially interested in learning if the experience you had with us is worth sharing with the people you know. By completing the short surveys we send you via email, you’ll have a chance to provide valuable feedback and even request that we contact you to discuss your comments in more detail.
