There are no fees to pay or applications to complete for our 24-Hour telephone banking service. All you need is a touch-tone telephone. With 24-hour telephone banking, you can:
Verify current checking, savings, and loan balances
Confirm deposits and payments to your accounts
Identify items that have cleared your checking account
Transfer funds between accounts
Make loan payments
Place stop payments
Directions for use:
Using your touch-tone telephone, call 1-866-USE-24-4-U (1-866-873-2448).
Select the LiveWire option.
Follow the verbal instructions. [Note: The first time you use this service, the last four digits of your Social Security Number will serve as your PIN (Personal Identification Number). Once this number is entered, you will then be directed to create a new PIN, which will serve as your PIN every time you use this service.]
