Real Estate Loan Officer
The Sr. Relationship Officer is responsible for originating retail mortgage loans through direct and indirect sources (real estate agents, industry professionals, retail branch referrals, outbound sales calls, and leads from marketing campaigns). Will also assist the Real Estate department to compile loan packages and facilitate negotiation with members according to established standards, such as fees, loan repayment options, and other credit terms; refer loans to underwriting for approval; ensure loan commitment is complete and accurate according to federal guidelines; assure timely loan closing and funding activities.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • 3-4 years of mortgage origination experience required
  • Three or more years related banking experience or similar experience preferred
  • A minimum proven track record of $12M per year in loan production preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years commissioned sales experience in the real estate market with a proven successful track record of loan origination and funding preferred
  • Able to work in fast pace evolving environment
  • Must be able to multi-task, possess the ability to learn quickly and use multiple types of software.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate both in written and oral form
  • FICS/Loan Producer, Mortgage Coach, Mortgage Bot, Appro and XP2 experience preferred
  • Real Estate license a plus

Starting Salary:  $48,000 - $54, 000 plus monthly and quarterly incentives


Member Service Representative II
A Member Service Representative is the front line employee, serving as the first point of contact for USE Members. This individual proactively participate in the cross selling of credit union products & services by establishing a professional rapport with members to assess their financial needs. Responsibilities include accepting cash & check deposits; accurately & efficiently processing withdrawals & cashing checks.  

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • 2 years of credit union / banking experience required
  • Previous sales and customer service experience required
  • Must have strong cash handling, sales and customer service skills
  • Ability to sell products and services effectively
  • Ability to interpret banking regulations and compliance standards
  • Ability to build & maintain relationships with internal and external members
  • Must be able to multi-task & be detailed oriented
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral form

Salary Range:  $14.00/hr
